These Terms & Conditions set out how bookings, payments, travel, trials and cancellations are handled for West Brides London.
Please read them carefully before paying your booking fee, as payment confirms that you accept and agree to all of the Terms & Conditions.
West Brides London Booking & Deposit
A £ 100 non-refundable deposit is essential to lock in your wedding date. Once we receive your payment and provide written confirmation, that date is exclusively yours. Because we decline all other inquiries for your specific time slot, this deposit cannot be refunded for any reason.
-Payments:
The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 to 14 days before your wedding ceremony.
Timely payment is required to maintain your reservation. If the final amount is not paid by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the initial deposit.
-Cancellations & Adjustments:
48-Hour Policy: Cancellations occurring within 48 hours of the wedding date require full payment of the remaining balance.
-Non-Refundable Fees:
All deposits are final and will not be returned.
-Service Reductions:
Decreasing the number of services after booking may still incur original costs, as we allocate specific time and staff for your event.
- Additions: Extra services can be requested based on availability and will be billed at our standard rates.
-Trials We highly encourage bridal trials to refine and perfect your aesthetic before the big day.
-Fees for trials are handled independently and are non-refundable after the consultation has occurred.
Please note that booking a trial does not reserve your wedding date; only the official deposit secures your spot.

Travel & Site Requirements
Travel expenses may apply based on your venue’s distance. Any costs related to parking, tolls, congestion zones, or overnight stays for early starts will be included in your final invoice.
We ask that you provide a workspace with ample natural light, appropriate seating, and enough room for our artists to operate safely and effectively.
-Client Responsibilities:
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment. West Brides London is not liable for adverse reactions if such information was withheld. Clients are expected to follow our preparation steps to achieve the highest quality results.
-Artist Commitment :
Our team is dedicated to delivering a serene, high-end experience using professional-grade products. In the unlikely event of an artist emergency or illness, we will take every possible step to provide a qualified replacement specialist
-Photography & Portfolio :
Our artists may ask to take photos of the completed look for social media or promotional portfolios. We will only publish these images with your explicit permission.
-Force MajeureIn instances of extreme weather, severe illness, or unforeseen emergencies, we will make every reasonable attempt to reschedule or find a substitute artist. Deposits remain non-refundable in these cases.
-Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are subject to the legal jurisdiction of England & Wales.
